“These are the “good guys” of the water treatment industry. The best equipment and the most honest staff. The high pressure tactics of other dealers is not part of the business plan here. I have a Kinetico 2030 Softener and a Kinetico RO I put in 6 years ago and have never had a problem. Service team is great too. If you do not give them a shot you are doing yourself a disservice.”

“I moved from one house to another about 15 months ago. American Water was the company that had installed it and I called them to come and disconnect it so I could bring it with me to my new home. When I moved into the new house, I called and they came out the next day and installed it and did some routine maintenance on it that I had been waiting to have done until I moved. They came back about 3 months ago and replaced the filter in the unit under the kitchen sink and refreshed my memory of how to tell when it needed to be changed again.
